added unsigned_integer and unsigned_integer_ptr types and colection of functions to_string({unsigned_integer,unsigned_integer_ptr}) return {string,string_ptr} and to_unsigned_integer({string,string_ptr}) return {unsigned_integer,unsigned_integer_ptr} and bumped version to 3.0.4. :-)

Modified version to 3.0.1 for make visible the fix of mangling ip an unix port. For now,this is necessary e.g. in apq-postgresql-* and Cia. Enjoy ! :-\)
