implemented a smarter build system.
fixing paths so I can write decent ebuilds
fixing installation paths
adding INSTALL file and improving the installation method
some fixes on Makefiles

Some changes where required in order to compile one of our client's source code. Those changes will be implemented in the future in a more organized way, using the file adaworks_setup.gpr
