Description

Implement some way for filtering the entities in the entity browser/list entities module.

I implemented a really simple way of handling tags.

Now I gotta remove the older way, which never became really functional and is quite weird and complex. This new way is really easy and shoud be enough as our tagging engine inside the kow_ent framework.
