Description
Implement some sort of variable support inside the configuration files.
The best is not only support variables, but also some sort of function calling mechanism.

more and more I miss this... I'll have to work on that pretty soon, when I decide to improve entity filtering in the configuration....

alright, I am almost ready to work on this but first I gotta refactor the KOW Config internals.

KOW_Config is now only one component and I changed some bits. Maybe I'll be ready to implement this or next month. :)
