Description
Use only anonymous access types in the properties in order to be compliant with Ada 2005 specification and allow use of KOW_Ent in generic bodies.

so far, the expirable entities generic package doesn't handle properties at all because of kow_ent not using anonymous access..
this ticket is to fix it and the finish the implementation (I closed the ticked.. sry.. :D )
