Description

Implement a generic package that implements a new entity that control validation periods of another related entity.

I am closing this one because the expirable entity design should be changed. Maybe it should be built in the entire framework and available for every entity type. I don't know... but I do know it needs to be reimplemented from scratch just like the tag system was.
