Description

For long the only configuration file format we've being using is the Plain Text format. Isn't it time to simply drop out XML support in KOW Config and enhance the text file syntax allowing things like variables and some control structures instead?

just finished it in the repositories and it has been tested.

just a sidenote, the current implementation hasn't been deeply modified, but the user API should be well stablished given he doesn't work with parser
